Ready to hit the road … down to the Boggo Road Markets this morning… a slightly later start..so we don’t have to get up quite so early…
Yesterday had a lot of interest in not only the timber products I had there, but Deb’s Hats gained a lot of attention… amazing the number of people who were aware of ETSY…
For the last two weeks not a crochet hat in sight… yesterday three other sellers… so competion was brisk..
A little disappointing sales wise, but early days yet…
Here’s hoping the weather stays fine and we have a great day at Boggo Road…Or at least a better time than the prisoners who were incarcerated at the prison bearing the same name…
In fact, the courtyard where the market is held is right in front of the old prison… you can even take a tour of the jail…
When I get time, I would love to do this… the guide is dressed in period uniform and is immensely knowledgeable about all aspects of life in the prison…
If you are looking to do something a little different on a Sunday, join the tour and then visit the markets for all your fresh fruit, veg, meat and seafood…or just enjoy a coffee and bakery treat…
See you there…

SOunds like a fun and educational place to spend a Sunday, Larry!
Sounds like good times all around mate.
Good luck with sales.

overcomes all trials and tribulations
God bless you all !
You going to be at Boggo Rd each Sunday? I might have to pop along, say G’day and have a yarn about lasers! BTW, I picked up an i7 Intel chipped computer with 16GB of RAM from Computer Function at Indoorooapilly for my laser. What a difference!
Cheers!
