To start I made a jig to hold the initial pieces… lined it with cling film…and then used a large rubber band to hold the whole thing in place while the glue dried…

After more than 2o trivets, I was able to get the glueing up time down to 90 seconds…

Edit… did anyone notice the third diamond was not in the correct orientation… I did not see this until the third viewing of the slideshow… [Design feature....]
